FormFire stands behind our system and supports all users - brokers, employers and employees. If an employee has a question about using FormFire, they may call us directly and we'll assist immediately. We're here to make things easier for our customers, not provide additional work.

Call Tracking and Feedback

All support tickets are logged. This allows us to track any potential issues with the system and also make improvements to lessen the need for a call in the first place.
