Using FormFire's Information Preloader, you can populate as much or as little of a group's information as you like - everything short of medical information. This means that employees will spend even less time entering information online and you'll be providing a better service to your customers.
The preloader is very easy to use. It is based off a simple excel spreadsheet. Even so, it will still do some up front error checking for you, indicating duplicates and invalid data. Upon uploading, further error checks look over the data.
Employees still are able to create their own accounts, so there is no need to distribute usernames and passwords which is both insecure and difficult to manage. After the employee creates their account, a check is performed and any preloaded data is loaded into their account.
