Employee Interview
As employees complete the FormFire Interview, the system will automatically reconfigure itself to collect only the information relevant to that employee's unique situation. It also ensures that the employee does not miss required fields - all in an effort to ensure a complete and correct set of data is available for the carrier.
Save time
Since only information specific to the employee's unique situation is collected, they spend less time skipping through sections that don't apply. For example, and employee that indicates they do not have a spouse or dependents will not be prompted for dependent details.
Eliminate errors
By helping the employee make less common mistakes, underwriters typically spend far less time phoning the broker and employee for missing or incomplete data. This speeds up the time and improves the accuracy of quotes.
- Validation - Certain fields are marked as required, ensuring relevant information is collected. Where applicable, certain fields such as SSN and phone numbers also use a common format.
- Situation Logic - Beyond validation and fomatting, FormFire uses the information provided by the employee to ensure they can't make logical mistakes as well. To use the example of the employee with no spouse or dependents, FormFire would not allow the employee to select family coverage.
Renewals
At renewal time, the Interview is even easier. Employees are given an option of going through from the beginning, but they may also go directly to a summary of last year's information. From here they only need to add or edit where necessary and answer any additional medical questions. Typically the whole process takes less than ten minutes for an employee with a spouse and two dependents.
