Responsibilities:

As part of the Client Support team, you’ll provide best-in-class support to our clients (and their clients). Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Troubleshoot client issues received over the phone, email, or chat and meet service level goals
  • Become an expert on interpreting insurance documents (e.g. plan data, rate tables, etc.) and ensuring accurate data in the software platform
  • Ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance
  • Work cross-functionally and have interaction with all levels of the company
  • Continually willing to learn new things

The ideal candidate meets these requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, HR, or technology related major, or an Associates degree with 2+ years of work experience in an HR or health insurance role
  • 1-2 years in a customer service role
  • Background in HR, health insurance, or employee benefits is strongly preferred
  • Technically savvy
  • Be curious about how things work
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving ability, and creativity
  • Ability to work in our downtown Cleveland office, M-F, 9:00 am-6:00 pm ET

This is a great opportunity for an experienced benefits expert looking to work part-time, or a student pursuing a career in HR or healthcare management looking to get experience in a high growth organization.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Client Support team, you’ll provide best-in-class support to our clients (and their clients). Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Troubleshoot client issues received over the phone, email, or chat and meet service level goals
  • Become an expert on interpreting insurance documents (e.g. plan data, rate tables, etc.) and ensuring accurate data in the software platform
  • Ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance
  • Work cross-functionally and have interaction with all levels of the company
  • Continually willing to learn new things

The ideal candidate meets these requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with HR/employee benefits, or providing support within an insurance agency, OR currently pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in HR or healthcare management
  • 1-2 years in a customer service role
  • Technically savvy
  • Be curious about how things work
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving ability, and creativity
  • Minimum of 12 hours per week; the ideal candidate can begin work at 8:30 am or have a start time in the afternoon until 6:00 pm.
