The Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative problem solver with a passion for marketing to help us revolutionize the health insurance industry.

In this B2B role you’ll own all company marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with the sales and product management teams to develop campaigns that increase product awareness and drive lead generation. We’re looking for someone who loves the details and can take a data-driven approach to marketing. We’re an outcome focused organization and you’ll have the freedom to experiment and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy
  • Use tools such as content marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and email to build brand awareness and increase product demand
  • Use data to drive decision making; run A/B tests to continually improve lead generation and conversion
  • Own the company website and content
  • Develop and own the social media strategy
  • Support the organization by compiling and analyzing website behaviors and making recommendations to increase conversions
  • Monitor news and trends in the search marketing industry and competitive landscape, and make recommendations to increase sales and market share

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and content marketing
  • Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress preferred
  • Excellent communication skills. You need the ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise language
  • Ability to rapidly switch gears while retaining focus on the bigger picture
  • Candidates must be resilient, ambitious, adaptable, able to deal with ambiguity, intellectually curious, and have a sense of humor
  • Bonus points for industry experience related to insurance, health, payroll, HR, employee benefits, or something similar
