Responsibilities:
As the Enterprise Sales Leader, you’ll help promote and grow our strategic partner relationships. These partners are typically carriers, large insurance agencies, and other technology and service providers. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked for a health insurance carrier or has experience selling enterprise software to carriers. This is a high visibility, strategic role in our organization.

  • Master our software platform
  • Be able to articulate our vision and products to our strategic partners
  • Work with customers to understand their business problems and sell solutions, not software
  • Build relationships and partnerships that increase the value of our technology ecosystem
  • Be seen as an industry thought leader; convey our message to industry constituents
  • Ensure customer needs and feedback are shared with the appropriate internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate meets these requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, either at a health insurance carrier, a large agency, or in a role where you were selling software to a carrier
  • You love selling; you’re a rainmaker. You love the thrill of the hunt, not farming.
  • A genuine enjoyment of technology
  • You have the ability to rapidly switch gears while retaining focus on the bigger picture
  • You’ve demonstrated the ability to coach and develop others, and to be coached
  • Excellent communication skills. You need the ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise language
  • Candidates must be ambitious, eager to learn and improve, and have a sense of humor
  • You’re intellectually curious and have passions outside of work
  • Your personality reflects that you're resilient, adaptable, and have the ability to deal with ambiguity (p.s. our hiring process involves a personality test)

In this B2B sales role, you'll promote our employee benefits software to our target customers.

  • Master our software platform
  • Be able to articulate our vision and products to our target customers
  • Work with customers to understand their business problems and sell solutions, not software
  • Conduct online product demonstrations and webinars
  • Attend sales and promotional events, as needed
  • Ensure customer needs and feedback are shared with the appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Work closely and collaboratively with all members of the Growth team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain expertise in health insurance and employee benefits

The ideal candidate meets these requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably selling software, insurance, or HR-related services, such as payroll, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, human resources, or technology-related program
  • You love selling
  • A genuine enjoyment of technology

Client Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
The Client Support team is primarily responsible for coaching, onboarding, and supporting our customers. Our Support team works directly with our end users, ensuring that they see immediate results from using our software. 

You'll help provide best-in-class customer service to our clients (and their clients). We’re looking for someone who has experience with employee benefits and health insurance, and is passionate about helping people. We need someone who can be excellent in this role, but also grow for the future.

  • Master our software platform and coach users on how to be successful with it
  • Provide excellent customer service and help users resolve their problems
  • Troubleshoot client issues received over the phone, email, or chat and meet service level goals
  • Become a health insurance expert
  • Ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance
  • Work cross-functionally and have interaction with all levels of the company
  • Continually willing to learn new things

The ideal candidate meets these requirements:

  • Bachelor's or  Associate's degree in health management, insurance, employee benefits, or HR, OR 3 years related work experience
  • A genuine enjoyment of technology: You're a curious person; you enjoy learning new things and understanding how they work
  • Previous experience in a troubleshooting environment and be a great problem solver
  • The ability to rapidly switch gears while retaining focus on the bigger picture
  • Passion for interacting with customers all day, every day
  • Excellent communication skills. You need to be a very competent writer with the ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise language.
  • Everyone here works directly with customers. Candidates must be ambitious, eager to learn and improve, and have a sense of humor.
