It has been several weeks since my internship with FormFire officially ended on May 24th.  Looking back, it has been quite an eventful experience that I would not trade for another internship.  I have learned a lot that has benefited my academic and professional ethic. The job functions have contributed to gaining valuable experience in my field of study, computer information systems analyst.  Through providing technical support, I have developed troubleshooting skills and techniques.  I have also became more familiar with software applications and enhanced my problem solving skills through working on special projects.  These projects include a password generator to assist with resetting passwords and a report generator that aggregates responses from surveys to be given to broker agencies. Aside from completing work responsibilities, I have most enjoyed the interaction amongst my fellow employees at FormFire. I am pleased to say that I have had the opportunity to get to know everyone on a more personal level and I feel comfortable talking to anyone. The internship with FormFire has helped bridge the gap between college and career.  I have been able to apply my academic knowledge in the work environment while learning new things that cannot be re-created in the classroom.  Many students are hired by a company as a result from completing an internship and I am grateful for being one of those students.  I could not have asked for a smoother transition into launching my career. Cheers to working with FormFire (full-time), Brandon Schifko
