FormFire has made a variety of groundbreaking changes, all designed to assist you in choosing the best benefits for your clients. QUOTE OVERHAUL Many stylistic and functional changes have been made to FormFire Quote:

  • Quote no longer opens in a separate tab (the clients page can still be accessed with a Back button).
  • The template for HR manager and employee emails in Quote has be updated.
  • A field for an SIC code has been added to the Client Details page.
  • The Employer Subsidy Report has been added to the Employee Demographics page of Quote.

QUOTE LOG OUT FUNCTION Users can now log out directly from the Quote page. DEFAULT VALUES IN QUOTE Default values have been added on the Employee Demographics page in Quote. Values include names, date of hire, tobacco, state, county, zip code, and occupation. NEW EMPLOYEE DEMOGRAPHIC FIELDS FormFire Quote now allows brokers to add or remove fields in the Employee Demographics page depending on which type of report needs to be run against the group. The options include Carrier Quote and Subsidy Quote fields. NEW QUOTE EMAIL PREVIEW Administrative users can now preview the email from Quote for HR Managers and employees.  This will send a sample email to the user who clicked the preview button. OVERHAULED PLAN COMPARISON MODAL FormFire has dynamically re-sized the Plan Comparison modal in Price Ping's Plan Selection page. When multiple plans are selected, the modal will expand the width of the page. EMPLOYER DECISION REPORT The Employer Decision Report in Price Ping has been updated, and now defaults to the Print Preview. CHANGES FOR EMPLOYEES On the Plan Selection comparison page, we now show the plan name instead of the plan code at the top of the page. FormFire has also updated text in the interview for the pregnancy condition, diabetes condition, and on the Review and Sign page. NEW CENSUS FormFire now offers the PHP Indiana carrier census. RATE INFORMATION UPDATES FormFire now shows the message “Only monthly rates should be loaded” above each coverage line on the Load Rates page.
